The Hyatt Place|Hyatt House in Fishers, IN is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional individual for a Guest Services Representative position.
The Front Desk Attendant is the "First Impression" for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. Front Desk Attendant shifts vary from first or second shifts and weekends are required. Duties include checking guests in/out, fulfilling special requests, making reservations, and being a positive ambassador for the hotel. Must have the, "I can do" attitude.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to the needs of guests, especially during check-in and check-out.
- Providing information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
- Responding to requests from guests for assistance and information about the local area (e.g. directions, places to eat).
- Informing housekeeping department about room status/availability.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to meet business goals and objectives.
The work environment is fast-paced and deadline oriented; multi-tasking between phone and guests.
Ability to learn the computer property management systems.
This position requires flexibility with work schedule - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
This position requires standing for long periods of time, constant mobility between other departments.
