SalaryThe Arbors at Shelburne, a community dedicated to caring for individuals with memory loss, is seeking two to three part time Receptionists to work evenings and every other weekend. Our community is open 24/7. These individuals will be responsible for all incoming calls and answering them professionally and courteously. S/he will also be responsible for assisting with projects as requested and data entry.
We are looking for two to three dedicated individual to work Monday to Friday and every other weekend. Hours are 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Hourly wage $18.00 to $20.00 based on experience.
Strong computer skills required in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATICATION
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system
- Demonstrates proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
- Maintains awareness of all daily activities (and changes)
- Has full knowledge of the administrative staff, ownership, and management company
- Possesses excellent verbal communication skills
