Front Desk Receptionist

Maple Ridge Memory Care is looking for a Part Time Receptionist!

Every other weekend: 8am-4pm
Every Wednesday and Friday 4pm-8pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and photocopying
- Provide general support to visitors and staff members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Essex Junction, VT 05452: Relocate before starting work (Required)
