Minimum job qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensed RN/LPN in Florida
- Minimum one-year experience in long-term care, supervisory experience preferred
Job duties:
- Oversee resident care plans and safety measures
- Coordinate and supervise services for a homelike atmosphere
- Conduct regular rounds and welcome new admissions
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere for enhanced resident care
- Monitor incidents, accidents, and complaints, initiating preventive measures
