Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emergency alarms signals in a clean and modern call center environment
- Provide the highest possible standard of Customer Service
- Confirm confidential information from our customers
- Follow company processes and procedure
- 1+ years call center/Customer Service environment experience required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Comfort using a computer and modern technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Enjoy learning new skills and applications
- Access to reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
