Evening Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Field Supervisor

We are looking for an EVENING Bilingual Feild Supervisor to join our team that has cleaning experience. MUST KNOW HOW TO DRIVE and HAVE CLEANING EXPERIENCE. SHIFT: 4pm-12am

$20/HR

This position is management and at times will require the individual to physically train cleaners how to clean to company standards. If you are driven, ambitious and have a desire to grow within a company, then this is for you.

All candidates must possess a Valid NYS Drivers License.

MUST BE ABLE TO ANSWER PHONES FOR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES

Responsibilities

• Perform Building and Home Inspections to ensure quality of service.
• Perform employee inspections to ensure they are adhering to all company protocols.
• Responsible for writing up disciplinary action for labor, following company guidelines and forwarding to Operations Administrator.
• Deliver products to employees as needed.
• Delivering tools and products for deep/specialized cleanings and conducting quality check on these projects.
• Complete field and inventory reports.
• Create custom janitorial check-lists
• Assist in development of policies and protocols for cleanliness and safety.
• Performs training on cleaning equipment and methods and certifying staff.
• Leads and inspires team members.
• Assist Operations Administrator in duties as needed.
• Complete cleaning charts and weekly goals
• Understands how to lead a team of cleaning specialist

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisory experience
• previous Cleaning experience
• Thorough knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning services.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills
• Great customer service skills
• Self-discipline to always conduct oneself with the utmost professionalism, integrity, reliability and accountability.
• Takes initiative
• Driver's license with a clean record.
