Estimator / Insurance Adjuster / Large Loss Specialist

Same Day Restoration is hiring an Estimator as a full-time position.

We are looking for experienced leaders in the water/mold/fire damage restoration industry with minimum of 5 years’ experience with estimating Large Loss insurance claims and remodel work. Xactimate Level 3 Certification is preferred as well as current IICRC certifications. Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manageryou will be the key leader of a team consisting of Certified technicians, job superintendents and a project coordinator to assist you.
• You will be responsible for properly managing and documenting 10-15 jobs at the same time from start to finish.
• Assess water damage repairs, fire damage repairs and mold remediation
• Contents Packout, Clean & Storage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience in lieu of a degree

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous experience in the restoration industry to include water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
• Xactimate Level 3 Certification
• Active IICRC certifications
• OSHA 30 Certified is a plus
• General Contractors license (additional pay if you have)
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Construction trade experience is a plus
• We work Monday – Friday 7-5 and respond to emergency calls 24/7
