SalaryUnder limited supervision of the Supervisor, the Claims Adjuster performs the essential functions of the position, which includes but is not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve automobile claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Document investigations, evaluations, recommendations, and plans of action
- Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards, industry best practices and all state and federal regulations
- Produce grammatically correct and clearly written correspondence including letters, memos, reports and claim file documentation
- Complies with state and federal laws, Department of Insurance criteria, insurance carrier criteria and follows Aspire General Insurance/partner’s policies, procedure and work rules
- Regular and predictable punctuality and attendance
- Other duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Ability to develop excellent working relationships with Staff, Partners, Clients and Insurance Carriers

- Ability to be a team player and work cohesively with other Aspire Claims Services’ Partners’ and Companies’ staff to achieve company goals
- Able to represent the Company in a professional manner and contribute to the corporate image
- Able to consistently provide excellent customer service
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This is a non-exempt position which complies with alternative work schedule when applicable
- This position may require mandatory overtime as deemed appropriate by management
- The office is that of a highly technical company supporting a paperless environment
- Travel may be required
- This work environment is fast-paced and accuracy is essential to successful task completion
- Travel may be required
- Requires extended periods of computer use and sitting
Job Type: Remote
PAY RANGE: $28 – $35/hr with $1000 Sign-On Bonus
