Estimator - Construction

In this Estimator role, you will prepare estimates on all projects, and interact with subcontractors to ensure timely bids on all projects.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pricing and bid specifications
• Quantify systems on all aspects of specifications, for the purpose of conducting value engineering on costs and product options
• Prepare estimates [quantify take-offs, pricing structure] on projects (tenant improvement, commercial, communities and residential)
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare timeframes, costs, materials, and labor estimates.
• Establish pricing and conduct feasibility comparisons on changes and comparisons to cost estimates.
• Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to costs estimates

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of bidding and estimating experience
• Experience in the construction industry
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
