A 1% kicker will be added for reaching $85,000 in monthly sales. Our reps can earn up to $100,000+ per year.

Additionally, our team enjoys great benefits, including40 hours of sick pay annually. Wait there's more! After 60 days of employment, we offer dental, vision, health, and supplemental insurance benefits. After 90 days of employment, employees receive an accrual of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and a discounted corporate gym membership. As a full-timePainting Cost Estimator – Sales Associate, you're eager to sell our services to new prospective clients while also generating accurate job estimations based on clients' needs between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Being friendly with an ambitious mindset, you easily build rapport with new leads and ensure their painting needs will be met. When prospective clients go cold, you proactively follow up with them to not only show our interest in their needs but also to spark their interest in making those needs a reality.
