Established Doggie Daycare Hiring...

MUST LOVE DOGS!! Established, successful dog daycare facility looking for a desk receptionist and a dog attendant to become members of our team! Starting pay with no experience is $17/hour and goes up from there, those with experience starting pay is negotiable!

• Hiring a Dog Attendant & a Desk Receptionist
• 1 part time position and 1 full time position

Eligible candidate for desk receptionist must have:

• confidence working with great clients who love us!
• able to respond to emails using Microsoft Outlook, utilize Word & Excel,
• has good phone etiquette,
• is organized and able to multi-task,
• confident working with dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments,
• aware of dog behavior,
• able to read dog body language and ensure the dogs' safety at all times,
• reliability as you will be opening the desk and/or closing the desk, and
• confidence working in a somewhat autonomous position.

Eligible candidate for dog attendant must be:

• capable of managing a pack of dogs,
• confident working with dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments,
• able to read dog body language and ensure the dogs' safety at all times,
• willing to clean,
• patient and calm,
• able to maintain a safe environment for all the dogs,
• skilled at working in a team environment,
• able to clean & sanitize dog bedrooms and the dog park, and
• able to distribute food and administer medications.

Viable applicant must:

Love dogs,

Have attained a High School diploma or GED,

Provide references who are able to confirm reliability,

Be physically able to stand for hours at a time,

Be physically able to control, move & manage dogs of all sizes,

Be patient, punctual, responsible and have a team-player attitude!

We are looking for committed, long-term applicants who are flexible and able to successfully do this physically demanding, but fun job.
