Under the supervision of the Campus Director, the Lead Instructor/IT Specialist will function as an independent Consultant working within the scope of the Esports Gaming and Trauma Informed Mentoring program; updating eSports game software, computer systems, and equipment as needed; troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management; monitoring eSports gaming and computer systems to improve network performance for all systems; find appropriate levels of competition and contests for program participants; maintain and set up shared resources and equipment; assist with the development and evaluation of policy and procedures for program participants; establish community relationships that promotes the program; maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware; installing and configuring computers, gaming and network equipment. · Strong technology skills are preferred,
· 3D modeling, coding, game creation or design, animation,
· Robotics, modifying games, video editing, competitive gaming, music composing
· Significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox, etc.,
· Confer and develop the program goals and course objectives via the curriculum,
· Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve participants in challenging learning opportunities,
· Network with local universities and community resources to include creative active learning experiences,
· Provide feedback to program participants that will enhance their academic growth,
· Monitor and report program participants attendance, making adequate progress or causing class disruptions,
· Attend staff meetings to formatively evaluate program progress and determine improvement strategies,
· Complete summative evaluations highlighting program participants’ strengths and needs,
· Submit curriculum evaluation for the purpose of improving program services,
· Help select and setup materials and supplies needed to perform duties,
· Develop strategies to promote engagement along with appropriate personal and social conduct,
· Ensure the programs’ room and equipment are safe and sanitized for participants use,
· Attend training sessions as needed.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year
