The ESG Reporting Specialistwill be a key resource responsible for enhancing the company's ESG performance by focusing on ESG reporting and disclosure. This role will involve collaborating closely with our internal ESG team, analyzing data, and crafting transparent and impactful reports that align with industry standards and best practices.
The ESG Reporting Specialistis responsible for:
ESG Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate ESG data.
- Analyze ESG performance metrics and key indicators.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
ESG Reporting and Disclosure:
- Assist in developing and maintaining ESG reporting frameworks and templates.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG reports and disclosures as required by ESG benchmarks in collaboration with the internal team.
- Ensure that ESG reports align with recognized ESG reporting standards, such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with the internal ESG team to engage with stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering stakeholder input and feedback on ESG initiatives.
- Support transparent communication regarding ESG efforts.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving ESG reporting processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of ESG disclosures.
- Collaborate with the internal team to make recommendations for improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant ESG regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable ESG reporting regulations.
Required Experiences and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance).
- Proven experience in ESG reporting/disclosures, sustainability, or related fields.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, or similar frameworks.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and engaging reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Experiences and Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP implementations or IT industry is a plus.
