Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
As an ERP System Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within Sidump?r. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the ERP system meets the business needs efficiently. Additionally, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to streamline business processes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administer and maintain the ERP system, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of the ERP system.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and configuration details.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations in coordination with business teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system integrations, upgrades, and support as needed.
- Train end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and new features.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Data entry

- Any other duties as assigned
