The ERP Business Analyst presents an exciting prospect for an enthusiastic and driven individual to contribute to and offer feedback for enhancements, upgrades, standardization, and other initiatives at York Space Systems. Reporting directly to the ERP Systems Manager, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams within a complex organizational structure. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and monitor changes to enhance overall business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive user stories and functional specifications.
- Lead or support project initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to bridge the gap
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Aerospace Experience Preferred but not required
- Experience working with complex ERPs
- Be able to provide operational support, troubleshoot defects, and resolve issues for multiple applications and integrations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a full lifecycle environment including production support
- MUST have a minimum of (4) years’ experience as an applications analyst or other relevant experience
- Knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures, test cases)
- Provides status updates to the management of planned deliverables
- Interact effortlessly with business/user community to determine and document new functional or technical requirements, to work with other team members to implement solutions.
