Equity Plan Administrator
The Equity Plan Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the Advantage Equity Plans and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This includes the day-to-day administration of both plans and vendor management of third-party equity administrator.

- Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the equity stock plan, collaborating with various internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information for thorough and successful transactions
- Execute all-Equity Plan transactions (grants, releases, exercises, dispositions, etc.) in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws
- Own the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, from administering the bi-annual purchase windows, performing various control audits to ensure accuracy and ensuring data file integrity between third-party administrator and internal payroll department
- Conduct audits, analyses, and reconciliations with large data sets and complex information
- Lead process optimization, and maintain document library and communications respository
- Comply with SOX Control procedures and act as main point of contact for monthly Control Audits
- Prepare reports and other materials for meetings with the Board of Directors, Compensation Committee, and/or Executive Leadership Team
