Skills:

• 6+ Years of financial industry background
• 5+ yrs of strong experience with Oracle 9i and/or 10g
• Experience working with operations, financial positions, transactions, and benchmarking, corporate actions data
• Experience working on projects within at least one areas of trading, accounting, back office operations and MIS
• Experience using Excel for data analysis
• Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Equity linked instruments, Prime Broker
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good knowledge of daily PNL, Product/Finance/Operations control functions
• Ability to facilitate JAD sessions, develop process and data flow diagrams in Visio
• Ability to query the database using SQL
• Experience reporting on dimensions and hierarchy data
• Some knowledge of Business Objects Reporting
• Good background working with quantitative data
