Equipment Operator/Cdl Driver (Hook Truck)

**CDL REQUIRED**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate a roll off Hook Truck for daily log removal from tree project sites.
• Alternatively, operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoe, mini-excavator, etc.
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Cut logs and operate a chainsaw
• Maintain daily pre-trip vehicle and equipment inspections
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment
• Takes actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, and pedestrians
• Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CDL License is required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• The employee will be paid based on experience and skill set.
• The employee is eligible to enter our retirement program with a 3% company match.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• The employee will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Saturdays may be required, dependent upon workload and if scheduled projects are not completed during the work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
