Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to loaders, backhoes, graders, bulldozers, water trucks, and dump trucks.
- Safely and efficiently perform tasks such as digging, grading, loading, hauling, and compacting materials.
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and precise work.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting.
- Proficient in the operation of commercial vehicles and equipment such as Caterpillar loaders, backhoes, graders, bulldozers, water trucks, and dump trucks.
- Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations.
- Knowledge of proper maintenance procedures for heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

Skills:

- Commercial driving skills for transporting heavy equipment to job sites.
- Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, graders, bulldozers, water trucks, and dump trucks.
- Ability to dig, grade, load, haul, and compact materials using heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines for operating heavy equipment.
