You will operate, conduct general service, routine maintenance and lubrication, and basic troubleshooting on all plant equipment. Work to be completed following GMP guidelines to ensure products produced meet quality and food safety requirements while meeting productivity goals. #LI-Onsite

Day Shift/ Fresh Pack Facility
Compensation: $23.10
You Will:
- Be familiar with plant safety rules and guidelines.
- Be shift versatile and willing to work overtime.
- Comply with all plant PPE, GMP, and safety rules
- Will work at elevated heights.
- Work well with a team, and have initiative in improving company operations and helping others. Demonstrate the plant values.
- Comply with attendance policy and have an excellent attendance history.
- Have an operational understanding of production machinery.
- Prepare and set up production equipment for operation at the start of shift.
- Inspect machines for signs of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises, and conducting scheduled testing.
- Monitor and respond promptly to signs of malfunction in machinery such as changes in performance, temperature fluctuations, sounds, smells, or atypical energy usage.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for several types of production machinery including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- Identify production line improvements as part of a team.
- Maintain machinery and facility in a state of cleanliness.
- Complete monthly required Alchemy training classes by the 15th of every month.
- Perform other responsibilities and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Ensure no quality hold are caused by missing a check or performing a check incorrectly.
You Have:
- Forklift Experience. (Will provide license at the site)
- A mechanical aptitude. May take a mechanical test.
- Email, and computer systems knowledge. Sap, Outlook, Microsoft
