Job Summary:
Supports and maintains applications and other technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Impacts a range of customers that primarily include the operational end users and informational technology areas.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
- Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
- Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures. Follows and stays current with internal processes, policies and procedures.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for on-going production maintenance, support and troubleshooting. Participates in on-call and after-hours support schedules.
- Serves as an IT liaison for basic issues, implementations and upgrades with a range of customers including system users. Maintains a positive relationship with the customer.
- Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects in order to support meeting milestones and timeframes. Performs standard system testing both unit and integrated.
- Troubleshoots and resolves routine application issues and escalates appropriately to application team members and manager.
- May assist in training delivery for projects, updates or upgrades.
- Reviews and analyzes efficiency of existing systems and escalates findings to team leaders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
