Role Purpose Statement
Support Environmental Program Manager in the development of processes to optimize sustainable waste management performance.
Main Accountabilities

• Gather, review and analyze company data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Assist in the implementation, benchmarking and reporting of utility management program
• On-site evaluation of waste management activities at company customer service centers for development and implementation of sustainable waste minimization and recycling processes (Zero Waste to Landfill or ZLF)
• Create and distribute program manual and best management practices for ZLF program
• Provide technical guidance to operations staff ensuring compliance with ZLF program
• Create and distribute training materials for ZLF program
• Create marketing tools to promote company's ZLF program

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
• Three to five years business management experience required
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional data analysis skills
• Proficient with computers and windows based computer applications, especially MS Office and analytics software
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
