The EHS Intern will assist the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) department with safety inspections and Industrial Hygiene (IH) sampling and support the Innophos manufacturing site in Nashville, TN.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and track follow-up of actions for safety inspections
- Complete IH sampling under the direction of IH professional
- Update written safety plans and programs for IH sampling
Required Education
- Completion of senior college year or a graduate student (preferred) in Safety or Health related program
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- OSHA 10 hour Safety Course, ideal
- MS Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communications
Assignment Duration:
- Intern: 10 - 12 weeks
