Envirospec Engineering, PLLC is a multidiscipline consulting firm and women’s business enterprise (WBE) based in Albany, NY that provides engineering, project management and environmental compliance services to commercial, industrial, and petrochemical industries as well as large consultants on state/federal projects. Envirospec is seeking a qualified candidate with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our organization. The successful candidate will work as part of a team on various projects which include design and optimization of investigations and remediation systems; multi-media permitting, petroleum and chemical bulk storage, facility design, and civil design projects.
Position Requirements:
· BS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. • 0 to 5 years of related design and compliance experience. • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, electronic) are required. • Must be proficient in MS Office software including Word and Excel • Proficiency with CADD or GIS software preferred • Must be a team player with strong problem solving and organizational skills. • Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines. • This position will be based in Albany, NY and will require some travel as necessary to various project sites. • Willingness to obtain industry related licenses/registrations that would support project related tasks. Salary: Will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k plan, paid holidays, and vacation.
