- Execute EN membership-related initiatives to achieve membership growth and retention targets.
- Collaborate and support the flow of prospects into the pipeline of the EN.
- Manage all necessary landscape research, marketing efforts, project management, and experience mapping to own the creation of bespoke moments for high profile SHRM Executive Network prospects to drive conversion towards membership goal yearly.
- Market, project manage and execute monthly virtual event series to include, but not limited to: messaging, email campaigns, website development, show flow, speaker and facilitator logistics and communication, managing virtual event platform, meeting logistics, pre and post event content design and production, presentation design and production, survey deployment, and post event communication with participants.
- Collaborate with and serve as main point of contact for cross functional teams including research, membership, events, speakers bureau, comms, and creative services to ensure content and event deliverables are met on time and at the appropriate level for executives.
- Provide support and project management for in-person events (ENX in June and Visionaries Summit) to include agenda development, speaker logistics, meeting logistics, content design and production, presentation design and production, post event communication, survey deployment, and onsite execution of the event.
- Develop and manage Trello boards related to Executive Network events, programs, and initiatives to include planning documents and timelines, content, scripts, and marketing assets.
- Create and deliver monthly communication and regularly update project tracker to keep cross functional teams up-to-date and aware of Executive Network content, events, and new initiatives.
- Execute initiatives that directly align with SHRM Executive Network experience strategy.
- Perform event and program data tracking and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of SHRM Executive Network presentations and project deliverables.
- Manage incoming leads through Salesforce.
- Track and process contractor and vendor contracts and payments and ensure compliance with budget management and goals.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least five (5) years of sales, experience creation for executive and luxury market, event planning experience.
- Experience with content marketing.
- Experience working with C-Suite/Executive level professionals.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Using bespoke experiences to drive conversions experience and expertise.
