We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Entry Level Technical Support Specialist for a remote position. This role requires a strong understanding of Technical Support, excellent communication skills, and a desire to assist customers with solving technical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing Technical Support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve support processes and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and timely support
Applicants must be located in the United States and have a strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Previous experience in Technical Support is preferred but not required.
