Entry Level Project Manager

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Liaison with contractors and engineers on schedules, permits, inspections, work orders and providing administrative support to the project management team.
• Preparing and updating project and building files ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Submitting permit applications for Fire Sprinkler, Alarm, and Special Hazards installation projects.
• Coordinating with Project Managers to understand what permits need to be submitted and to what governing authority.
• Actively tracking process of construction process to ensure inspections appointments are coordinated
• Tracking all upcoming, submitted and completed permit applications
• Managing and tracking all certificates of insurance ensuring that all coverage levels are in compliance with building standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project.
