Join the journey of a new YouTube content creator and leave your mark on the digital world! We're in search of a dynamic and creative Videographer / Editor who's eager to apply their skills and imagination in shaping unique YouTube content. This role offers the extraordinary opportunity to influence each project with your own creative vision, contributing to the foundation of an exciting new channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and edit engaging long-form content and YouTube Shorts, putting your creative stamp on every project.
• Utilize your editing skills to craft videos that resonate with viewers, echoing the styles of YouTubers like Mr. Beast, Jesser, NDL, AMP, Beta Squad, and Sidemen.
• Collaborate directly with the content creator, infusing your creativity and ideas into video concepts and narratives.
• Edit videos post filming & complete effective audio/sound mixing
• Play a key role in the storytelling process, turning raw footage into captivating video experiences.

Senior Role Potential:
Excel in your role and you could progress to a more senior position, managing broader aspects of video production and channel operations.

Requirements:

• Own personal filming, audio and editing equipment.
• Proficiency in leading video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Payment Structure:

• Receive competitive compensation per video, reflective of the creativity and complexity involved with a maximum pay of $125 per video inclusive of filming & editing

Interview Process:

• Video Submission Review: Showcase your editing skills and creativity. Submit a link to a video that you've edited in any of the Youtuber styles mentioned above. Our team will review these videos and move qualified applicants to the next round
• Meet the Creator: Explore the vision for the channel and your potential role with the content creator on a 1:1 Interview where they'll assess your skills and overall working style compatibility
• Paid Test Shoot: You'll film and edit a short video for the creator of which you'll be paid a flat rate of $100
• Offer: Our team & the creator will review the videos from the Paid Test Shoot and select a videographer from there

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 per day

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
