SalaryWe are searching for a full-time Entry Level Medical Assistant who will operate as part of a physician team within our practice. Medical Assistants will be cross trained to work in our Front Office as well.
Travel to all five office locations is a requirement - West Hartford, Avon, Manchester, Middletown, Hamden.

Specific Medical Assistant responsibilities include:
- Direct hands-on patient care including obtaining vital signs, allergy skin testing and spirometry.
- Documentation in the electronic medical record
- Organizational skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Understanding of medical terminology including medication names and willingness to learn
Cross training to Front Office requires a strong background in customer service.

- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate an EMR
- High level of professionalism

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- COVID Vaccination/Booster required.
