What’s the opportunity:
The Data Collection Analyst, assesses and interprets reporting percentages of their outlined customer base. This information is then utilized to remotely triage, troubleshoot, and through a combined effort of Implementation specialist/service personnel, correct any and all issues.
What will you do:
- Maintain revenue data for customer inventory and assigned accounts.
- Database management for multiple data collection agents.
- Provide service with technical assistance for DCA troubleshooting and implementation.
- Analyze data collection information of assigned accounts and maintain current revenue status.
- Manage and program business intelligent databases for profit accuracy.
- Evaluate Salesforce and deliveries to assess DCA implementation needs for new accounts.
- Work with Tier 1 to ensure accurate and timely supply fulfillment.
- Create service calls for DCA or meter related issues that will need onsite assessment.
What you bring to the table:
- High school diploma required and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to efficiently maintain and amend an intelligent database
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting of DCA hardware and software connectivity and functional problems.
- Ability to learn new or unfamiliar products and systems dynamically as they are introduced and encountered
- Ability to work independently and as a productive team member.
