Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing and Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail. The position is part time to full time based on the training need.

JOB SUMMARY: Oversees the tasks of sending invoices to Early Steps Agencies for payment and reimbursement. Will print and mail out reports and spreadsheets on a monthly bases. Verify payments and re submit non paid invoices to the Early Steps Agency.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Enter and update data into databases or computer systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Perform regular data collection and analysis tasks
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including the use of pivot tables
- Assist with order entry and processing
- File and organize documents as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data
- Collaborate with team members to improve Data Entry processes

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- Familiarity with databases and Data Entry systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
