Entry Level Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences and guide them through our clients' products and services
- Conduct in-depth demonstrations of products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Management team to identify and capitalize on new territory opportunities
- Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Follow up on sales and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
- Regularly report on sales achievements and customer feedback
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required
- 1-2 years in Sales, Customer Service, or related is a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Determined to grow into a leadership role from Entry Level
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
