Job Description

Are you a recent High School graduate looking to start a growing career with a great company? Do you have great Customer Service and computer skills? If you answered yes, then this job is for you!

At Vertical Screen, Inc., we perform background checks so our clients’ job applicants can get hired.

In this role you will be utilizing your Customer Service skills to investigate the employment and education history of our clients’ job applicants. You will be working in a unique call center environment where you will make outbound calls without any sales or solicitation involved!

This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

What you will be doing:

• Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches
• Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes
• Meet pre-established production goals

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

• The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
