## Requirements
- Familiarity with all public materials on TickCheck.com
- Customer service attitude.
- BONUS: Biology or healthcare background.
## Responsibilities
- Employee must be available 9-5 Mon-Fri to answer incoming TickCheck calls, emails, SMS messages, and Facebook messages.
- Emails should be answered promptly and clearly. The official TickCheck email (support@tickcheck.com) will be used.
- SMS messages should be answered promptly and clearly. The interface is provided for this.
- Facebook messages should be answered promptly and clearly.
- Reaching out to customers to resolve issues with their tick sample.
- While there is no customer concerns to address, employee works towards standing duties. These include publishing content for social media, marketing the service to regional doctor's offices, and other small projects.
- Compensation is an hourly wage at $15/hr.
