Immediately hiring for customer focused individuals for this Fortune 500 company in Cypress! This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve concerns, inquiries or payment issues via inbound or outbound calls. To be eligible you for consideration, you must have obtained either a Bachelor Degree OR Associate Degree. A Day in the Role:
There are 3 departments that you may be placed in to learn and support and will be cross trained amongst the 3 as well. All roles will be 80% speaking with customers over the phone and 20% account servicing.
- Customer Accounts Department
- Make outbound calls and negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have past due accounts.
- Assist customers with finance account inquiries.
- Customer Service Department
- Handle inbound calls from customers, dealers, other lenders, and insurance companies.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution.
- Dealer Service Department
- Handle Assist Credit department with verifying and processing finance and lease contract information
- Assist with dealership inquiries
Schedule Availability:
Schedule: Must have availability for the following
- Mon- Friday 8am-5pm
- Mon -Friday 11am-8pm (on occasion, max 1-2 times per week)
- Saturday 7am-12pm (on occasion, max 1-2 times per month, counts for Overtime)
