Entry Level Concierge ($19/hr)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with housing operations managers to provide top-notch customer services, encompassing check-ins, check-outs, record-keeping, and mail and package management
- Ensure adherence to guest and visitor policies, especially during weekend shifts, with a focus on the Warehouse residence hall
- Supply essential support as a break officer at multiple residence halls for the Housing and Residential Services (HRS) operations manager. This includes desk services during regular weekday operating hours, covering staff breaks and meals, and filling in for weekly desk staff during vacations, sick leave, or emergencies
- Report to the HRS operations manager, desk services
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or an equivalent is required
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills are essential
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and open to learn a new system
