Job Title: Entry-Level CNC Operator (Will Train)
Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd shift.
Starting Pay: $17/hr. with opportunities for pay increase.

Job Description: As an Entry-Level CNC Operator, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of computer numerical control (CNC) machines used in the production. No prior experience is necessary, as we are willing to provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the operation of CNC machines under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of CNC machines for production runs.
- Load raw materials into the machines and unload finished products.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and mechanical concepts.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy materials.
