Entry Level Assistant Accountant (Mandarin Required)

Responsibilities:

- Consolidation of multi-entities divisions, including inter-company elimination entries

- Financial analysis of monthly operations

- Inventory accounting & reserve preparation

- General journal entry accounting including payroll, prepaids, intangibles deposits, rents among others

- Debt and loan base filings

- Financial statement support and preparation

- Monthly and quarter reporting package preparation

- Daily flash reporting of sales, margin, cash, and inventory

Education & Experience:
- Experience with Quickbooks is highly preferred

- Accounting/Business/Finance/Marketing Degree or Pursuing one

- Strong Excel skills are necessary along with general data base usage experience

- Collaborative work ethic with a proactive positive attitude a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
