Accountant I

Pay Range: $28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Performs data entry related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reviews and processes billing transactions
• Codes invoices to accounts for North America accounts payable
• Prepares periodic account reconciliations including generating the support for those reconciliations
• Post cash receipts
• Book Journals to reflect financial activities (may include some or all of: accruals, fixed assets, accounts receivables, accounts payables, expenses, payroll)
• Perform general accounting tasks as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, particularly with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with SAP, Infor Visual, and Stampli a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors
