SES Space & Defense is looking for a motivated Enterprise Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the ChromeOS environment and the associated Identity Access Management System, focusing on ensuring optimal user experiences and the highest level of security. You will also play a crucial role in implementing Identity Management processes and overseeing the enrollment of ChromeOS and other enterprise devices.
Primary Responsibilities:
ChromeOS Policies Configuration:

• Define, implement, and manage policies for ChromeOS devices in the to ensure compliance with program standards
• Regularly review and update policies in line with technological advancements and organizational needs
• Ensure all devices adhere to the set policies and provide support for any discrepancies or violation

Identity Management (IAM):

• Develop, implement, and manage IAM processes and solutions for ChromeOS and other enterprise applications
• Work with security and IT teams to ensure IAM solutions are robust and aligned with organizational security standards
• Handle any IAM-related incidents or requests promptly

User Management & Zero-Touch Enrollment:

• Work closely with the PMO office to manage user accounts, ensuring streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes
• Design and implement a process for zero-touch enrollment leveraging Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS)
• Regularly audit user accounts and access permissions to maintain security

Understanding of ChromeOS Tenets:

• Maintain a deep understanding of ChromeOS architecture, principles, and best practices
• Use this knowledge to recommend and implement strategies for enhancing user experience and device performance

Admin Console Operations:

• Use the ChromeOS Admin Console to manage users, devices, apps, and other settings effectively
• Troubleshoot issues, run reports, and ensure that the system runs optimally at all times
• Train other team members on using the Admin Console as needed

Mass Enrollment of ChromeOS Devices:

• Design and implement a procedure for the mass enrollment of ChromeOS devices
• Document the enrollment process, create user guides, and train relevant teams on the procedure
• Regularly review and refine the enrollment process for efficiency and effectiveness

Application Management:

• Intermediate knowledge on deploying applications on cloud platforms - AWS, GCP, etc.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native COTS software on Cloud instances.
• Facilitate basic routing and firewall management

Testing and Validation:

• Maintain lab environment for troubleshooting production errors
• Support System acceptance tests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or related field plus 4 years' relevant experience
• Proven experience in managing ChromeOS devices in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Identity Management solutions and processes
• Experience with Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) and zero-touch enrollment or equivalent
• Ability to document processes clearly and concisely for a range of audiences
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Professional ChromeOS Administrator certification
• Active DOD Security Clearance
