Here's what you'd do:
- This is a combined practical and strategic position that involves establishing technical strategy, defining enterprise architectures, and leading architecture roadmaps for Enterprise Mobility and end-user computing solutions from a technology perspective.
- The position provides technical guidance and training to the implementation teams, serves as technology and best practices evangelist, and ensures that implementations follow the finest implementation standards and principles.
- This position advises technical management and business areas on vital architectural decisions regarding platforms and supporting technologies.
- The Enterprise Mobility and End UserServices Architect produces technical architectures (documented by deliverables) that are scalable, maintainable, dependable, secure, and meet user digital experience requirements.
- This position represents the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organization across client's Energy and works across the company to deliver Mobility and End-user solutions, including providing continuity on major solution decisions, communicating technology solution value across all levels of the company, and ensuring solutions are implemented according to the defined solution architecture and technical standards.
- Workforce Mobility and End-user technology roadmaps and governance are focus areas for this position.
- Responsible for enterprise communicating / network architectural design and planning of complex interactions of IT systems
- Develop enterprise networking architectural patterns, approaches, and design solutions; research new technologies and approaches
- Create standards and roadmaps to develop recommendations for migrating to future prototypes.
- Responsible for the design, architecture, and automation designs of on-premise, wide area, and Cloud networking solutions.
- Design and architecture of a multi-site, multi-cloud network infrastructure
- Partner with vendors to select appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, drive results, and execute projects on time and within budget.
- Manage several simultaneous initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Contribute to standards and design patterns. Deliver solutions tailored to internal business requirements.
- Articulate design rationale, flexibly adapt solutions, and iterate designs when required.
- Provide 3rd-level support and input to teams diagnosing reported issues and providing root cause analysis to management and the business teams.
- Work closely with Senior management, Architecture, Application managers, and IT operations teams.
- Enhances efficiency via automation when and wherever possible.
- Cross-train other team members on projects and network technologies.
- Address security requirements across the enterprise through the application of appropriate people, processes, and technology
- Develop architectures and roadmaps for large-scale IP networks with multiple routing domains and service providers.

About Acara Solutions
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Entune or SCCM
- Minimum of 8 years ServiceNow experience
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Wireless Technology, VPN
- Experience in architecting and working with large-scale IP networks with multiple routing domains & and service providers, routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP & and OSPF.
- Experience architecting and implementing network security & and QoS technologies.
- Extensive experience in layered solutions and designs, diverse technical configurations across multiple technologies and processing environments.
- Should have a solid understanding of general IT application structures, the supporting components to the network, and general overall wholistic IT functions, operations, security solutions, and general dataflows of an enterprise network.
- To be knowledgeable of past, present, and upcoming network technologies, standards, and best practices to plan and integrate solutions most effectively and properly
- Enterprise communications and network architecture experience in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment
- Experience with On-Prem / Private, Public Cloud network services.
- CCIE or equivalent technical certification will be beneficial
- In-depth understanding of enterprise network architecture, operations, and technology trends, as well as security-minded.
- Good leadership skills; coaching and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
- Ability to influence and persuade without direct control.
- Good to drive change and ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Recognized as a thought leader
- Able to develop opportunities, pitch, and deliver projects of Network Transformation, Network Roadmaps, automation, and SD-WAN with SASE, Software-Defined Data Centers, Data Management and analytics, IoT, Remote Access, and WAN Cost Optimizations.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization with diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

- TOGAF Certification or equivalent.
