Overview
We're looking for anEnterprise EMR Solution Specialist to join our team. This position reports to the Director of EMR and Office Operations Support. The primary responsibility is to work with company employees, leaders, and vendor partners to resolve Homecare Homebase Office Operations function. This role manages process questions, specialized access requests and system issues. Utilize system knowledge, experience and documentation to educate end users to reduce recurrent issues; and implement direct system updates to support resolution and large-scale process changes.
This is 100% remote.
About You- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years Homecare Homebase experience
- 3+ years of experience in hospice and/or home health field(s) required
- Knowledge of hospice and home health rules, regulations and CoPs
- Fluent competence in computer/smart phone navigation
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
