Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Home Office Epic team on pre-conversion clean up to ensure proper data mapping/migration
- Takes the lead with partners in the platform on data review during samples for any conversion into the Platform database
- Responsible for assessing and coordinating data cleanup projects post conversion
- Monitors weekly exception reports and works with staff to correct or supply missing data
- Acts as a liaison between the Platform and the HO Business Intelligence team regarding data mapping to AcriVision
- Will be responsible for data mapping with future system integrations including mapping data from CRM systems into AMS Systems
- Responsible for understanding and answering questions related to AMS to ERP mapping

Education and/or Experience:
- Familiar with insurance data
- 2+ Years Epic experience in one or more line of business
- Advance Epic Reports user
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Clear understanding of why the data is valuable and ability to communicate and influent to staff
