SalaryEnterprise Rent-A-Car has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This position will work with our payables team which is responsible for managing and paying invoices for the group. This is a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role.
This position is located in our Corporate office at 4722 Forest Grove Dr. Bettendorf, IA 52722.

**This position is full time, and apart from religious observances requires you to be available 40 hours/week between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (with some overtime).
Responsibilities:
- Resolving exception invoices and preparing payments through the PeopleSoft Program.
- Correcting invoice errors after the scanning process
- Paying invoices by their respective due dates
- Reconciling monthly statements to ensure timely payment
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy, approvals, consistency in pay trends and general review for the items being purchased
- Responding to and resolving payment inquiries
- Working with the other departments to answer any questions regarding payment status

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have an Associates Degree OR 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a minimum of 12 months of work experience in a clerical or Accounts Payable environment (non-managerial)
- Must have a basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (eg. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
