The Enterprise and Partnerships team is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for our growing ezEvents Team.  This role will allow an experienced sales professional to foster and grow new and existing Corporate Account partnerships by creating customized event offerings both on and off premise. In addition, this person will help the team develop a deeper service partner offering, and be actively involved in the productization of our ezEvents offering.  

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Build strong relationships: You'll collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to own the events aspect of the partnership and grow our existing relationships.
  • Identify event opportunities: You will leverage your partnership to become an extension of your Accounts events needs. You will use account specific data and customer insights to help the team identify opportunities for creating events and adding new service offerings. 
  • Build and execute QBRs with your EAE partner: You and your EAE partner will work on creating and developing Account based QBR's with dedicated attention to a full suite events program (365). 
  • Develop dedicated partnership campaigns and content: Work with Marketing to create successful campaigns and sales strategies to incentivize selling partners and create awareness across ezCater's customers. 
  • Go to market strategy development: Help sales team develop overall go to market strategy for event offerings by identifying personas, offerings, sales processes 
  • Develop Events Programming: Create templated events packages offering a variety of combinations of partner services for customization and one-stop-shop for all Accounts (Get an example - range of hourly in major metros)
  • Aim Higher. Make it Better: You'll work with the sales, account management, partnerships team, marketing and product to ensure we are executing on being the #1 provider of food at work 
  • Rely on data to identify and solve problems: You'll use all data at your disposal to rank priorities, proactively solve problems before they exist, and share data with partners & internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What You Have

  • 8+ years in an account management, marketing, or partner role
  • Innate emotional intelligence, empathy, and negotiation skills (you build trust quickly and maintain it easily)
  • A comfortability with using data to inform priorities and identify where your time is best used to deliver results
  • A scrappiness and grittiness about you that is comfortable in navigating within ambiguity
  • Problem-solving expertise (you start with root cause and tailor solutions accordingly)
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude; you're ready to hit the ground running in a developing role on a team that's new to ezCater
  • The ability to prioritize, balance, and delegate tasks appropriately
  • Executive presence and excellent verbal & written communication skills 

The national cash compensation range for this role is $122,500 - $140,000.

 

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
