Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through direct sales to end-user accounts, targeting key decision-makers in property management, insurance, and related sectors. As part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will pursue and manage enterprise-level accounts while actively engaging with industry organizations to promote our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales process with precision, targeting designated account profiles.
- Generate prospect lists and conduct thorough research on potential targets.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the sales process and achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor and achieve personal KPIs, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and report findings to the management.
- Gather market intelligence and identify relevant trade shows and events for participation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the entire sales process effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present to large groups.
- Proficiency in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience in maintaining a CRM database and tracking sales activities.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time as needed.
