Enrollment Representative

Blue Prudential is a thriving company that is well-known for its positive impact on its surrounding communities by establishing a home-town-feel when working with their customers and contracted organizations. Due to recent expansion and growth during COVID-19, we are looking for an organized, out-going individual to join our team as an Enrollment Representative.

Annual Compensation: $36,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Position Duties:

● Managing multiple accounts while ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction

● Engage with multiple customers daily by reaching out to new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones

● Record and update changes to customer accounts by updating service packages, adding accounts, removing accounts when needed, and making proper adjustments to existing customer records

● Expedite the resolution of customer problems/ complaints

● Coordinate with other team members and other departments when needed to achieve customer satisfaction

● Enroll customers in the benefit package plans designed by their primary membership organization and answer all enrollment process questions/ concerns

Requirements/ Skills:

● Organizational, time management, and prioritization

● In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, etc)

● Excellent communication skills

● Ability to recall and deliver applicable information based on specific customer needs

● Relationship management skills with the ability to perform well under pressure

● Conflict resolution skills

● High school diploma

● Ability to pass background screening resulting in no prior felony record
