Job Description
We are searching for a reliable Front Desk Receptionist for a busy Pediatric Medical Practice to perform various office duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently while maintaining professionalism with patients and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and schedule appointments in appropriate timeslots.
• Verify Insurance and patient demographics prior to each appointment
• Send and receive patient medical records.
• Collect co-pays and prior balances when required.
• Make reminder phone calls of the patient’s next appointment.

Work Experience / Skills / Education:

• Associate degree in a medical field (preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital
• Operate a multi-line phone
• High level of professionalism on the phone and in person.
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, a multitasking individual willing to be part of a team
• Bilingual encouraged to apply
