What You’ll Do
- Inspect painted parts and ensure quality is within CVIS (Complete Vehicle Inspection Standard).
- Operate in the ‘inspect, diagnose and repair’ mindset.
- Work closely with manufacturing, process, and quality teams to establish processes and procedures that will ensure consistently high quality.
- Comprehend current production quality trends based on dashboards or from occurrences in the line.
- Rapidly communicate emerging and trending quality issues.
- Execute timely corrective action for quality mitigation and containment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support investigation, containment, and execution for strategic quality issues.
- 3 years + experience in Engineering Technician role preferred.
- Experience in robot programming (Fanuc/Motoman) strongly preferred.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering and reliability fundamentals.
- Ability to operate and maintain a wide variety of hand tools.
- Low voltage and control system experience preferred.
- Experience with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to change direction quickly.
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.

$30.50 - $58.33/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
