The manager of Fuel Performance and design will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
- * Maintain strong interfaces with manufacturing, sourcing and the commercial team, participating in process/product qualifications and emergent customer/manufacturing issue resolutions
- * Hire, coach and support the development of technical talent/depth within the team
- * Provide leadership, resources and training needed to assure high quality deliverables in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures and regulatory agency guidelines
- * Support the development, maintenance and control of the licensing and design bases and improvement of analysis processes (including procedures)
- * Interface with project management and direct resources to execute to defined project work schedules and priorities.
- * Monitor and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
- * Interface with internal customers, external customers and the regulatory agencies on technical issues.
- * Act as a leader in company / business initiatives.
- * Support GEH quality requirements, including participation in design reviews, initiating and responding to Condition Reports, identifying and providing needed training and mentoring, and maintaining adequate levels of qualified personnel
Minimum Qualifications
- *B.S. Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical or similar).
- *Minimum 7 years of experience in a technology or engineering role

- *Knowledge of nuclear analysis processes and the related interfaces between the GE Energy - Nuclear businesses

The salary range for this position is124K - 180K. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influencedby a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Inaddition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
